Anxiety has become increasingly prevalent since COVID. If left unchecked, it can become debilitating. Those who have struggled with anxiety often feel alone in their struggle. Some feel discouraged due to believing they will never get better. This psychoeducational support group provides an open space for members to learn, realize they are not alone, and obtain hope as no one must stay stuck in anxiety. For more information, questions, and registration, contact Lisa Hilsher at lhilsher@PHAcentralPA.com. Deadline for registration is July 1, 2024.
